eero Setup Guide

So you have purchased a new eero router and ready to get started.

Setting up your new eero device

We have a how to guide below that will guide you through the setup. Here is a summary of the steps (refer to the "How to guide" for more detail):

Download the eero app from the app store relevant to your device
1. If mobile data is poor / unreliable - do this before disconnecting your existing modem/router (How to guide - page 3)
Create an account or log in with your Amazon account
Setup your eero Gateway
1. You can plug your eero into your existing router to get it setup before unplugging the existing router to maintain connectivity.
Create a eero network
1. If you have poor connectivity without Wi-Fi, don't use the same SSID (Wi-Fi name) as your old router as this can cause issues. Once the old router is unplugged, you can change the Wi-Fi name and password.
Add satellite eeros (optional)
